Calm Sunrise Breathing Animation - HRV (Resonant, Coherent) Breathing
Animated breathing pacer. This breathwork is known as resonant breathing, coherent breathing, resonance frequency breathing, cardiac coherence breathing, or HRV breathing.
How to use this video: Sitting upright and still, synchronize your breathing with the animation. There is no need to breathe very deeply, about 50% of maximum depth is a good amount. Adjust the speed to your preference using the gear wheel in the bottom right corner of the video player (desktop) or the three little dots in the upper right corner (mobile).
Everyone has their own individual resonant frequency that will produce the best results. If you are a tall person, it is likely that your breath cycles need to be a bit...

I have hrv consistently above 150ms (rmssd ~150ms, sdrr ~ 170ms). This is highly genetic, and you should be aware of anyone trying to convince you of easy "hacks" to improve hrv. Try to sleep enough, eat healthily and be mindful of situations that cause stress. Good luck all ❤

False! Eggs offer a host of healthy nutrients. As far as brain health goes, egg yolks are a good source of choline, which is associated with reducing inflammation and promoting brain function, like maintaining memory and communications between brain cells. Eggs are also high in tryptophan, an amino acid that’s a building block of serotonin - the “happiness” molecule .

Great video, thank you for sharing with us! What got me to live differently was a chance sighting of a book at my local Barnes and Noble several years ago, 'Grain Brain' by Dr. David Perlmutter. In it, he describes how wheat and gluten negatively affects brain function. He also shows pictures, or scans of human brains after eating food with wheat, and without. What a big difference it has been after taking his information to heart. I no longer get brain fog and I'm more active and feel so much better than when I was younger, eating whatever I wanted and drinking alcohol. I'm a 59yo male. I've changed up my eating habits, too. Berries and nuts and low carb foods and some exercise in the mornings I keep dumbbells by my desk. I also try to eat one main per day, almost like intermittent fasting. You too can be healthy!
